I know, I know… I’m not supposed to have a “favorite”. Clients are like children. They are to be loved unconditionally and treated as equals and you’re never, ever supposed to have a “favorite”. But I do, and I’m not ashamed to admit it. This is my favorite couple so far this year. Their engagement session earlier this year was totally rockin’ and I had a lot of fun working with them. I managed to talk them into another engagement session (very short, less than an hour) and did the downtown urban city scene with them.
Their wedding is on August 8 of this year and I’m really thrilled to be able to take part in capturing this very special day for them.

So there, I’ve admitted it. I do play favorites. But I can’t help myself…

Which perfectly describes this beautiful union between Mike & Caroline.
The groom called the bride’s parents over in the United Kingdom and formally asked for her hand in marriage.
And then… as a way of showing his highest respect for her culture and heritage, and out of great love for his soon-to-be-wife, he donned formal traditional attire complete with top hat, top coat, ascot, white gloves, pin-striped slacks and a cane, in the sweltering heat of the desert southwest (nearly triple digit temperatures — in Farenheight, that is).
