When I first heard about it on the radio, I couldn’t believe my ears. Local radio stations here in Albuquerque, New Mexico were collecting bras from women (probably a few men too) for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, to string across the Montano Street Bridge to show support for Breast Cancer Research.

I took a long, cold walk to the bridge early this morning to capture a few images. I’ve shifted the colors a little in post production, to give them more of a surreal look, because let’s face it, it is not every day you see unmentionables along one of the most busiest streets in Albuquerque. For such a great cause, this was definitely worth the trip.

Viva Obama!

I had the opportunity a few weekends ago, to attend a Presidential Campaign Rally here in New Mexico for then Senator (now President Elect) Barack Obama.
Not only was I there, but I was there with full press credentials. It was a wonderful experience for me not only professionally but personally as well.

These are just some of the more than 700 images I captured on that eventful night and I am proud to be able to share them with you.
